Dear sir/madam,
I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company on 20 February 2021. I have ordered a large cake and told them to make sure they put no nuts inside or on top of the cake. They told me they'd take care of it and that I should come back 5 hours later, and so I did. When I came back i took the cake, paid the money and went home to eat and celebrate my friend's birthday. I open up the cake and it was very bad looking and it looked rushed. I tried to fix it as much as I could and served it. When my friend took a bite out of the cake she started having troubles breathing and was having an allergic reaction. Your employees put nuts in the cake, even after I told them not to. This happened at the bakery down Oak Street.
I want measures to be taken. This is unacceptable!
