The village is protected on all sides, like a fortress, by a chain of rocks, which are on steeper waves, on smoother waves and which delight and surprise us with various strange shapes. Wandering on these hills you can often come across various caves, which have their legends since ancient times. One of these caves is also called in the popular language "Borta lui Vichenti". When we were little children we often ran there to spend our time, but no one had the courage to even put their nose in there. As I got older and braver I discovered the enigma of the cave. It is said from the elders that the cave stretches for a distance of about 10-15 km, to the village of Socola, where there are other such caves. It is also said that during the war these caves hidden from the eyes of the world were used as hiding places for the villagers. Now here you can see as a kind of chair and a bed, carved in stone and various inscriptions that are one year old.
